Is the future of publishing digital?
Revisiting the hard copy versus ebook debate, this panel discussion will explore how ebooks have given old books new opportunities; the democratising of what gets published and how it is funded, and facilitating reader communities and new ways of reading.
Chaired by Rosamund Davies, Creative Conversations, University of Greenwich, with participation of expert panel members:
Jasmin Kirkbride, Publishing Director at Endeavour Media;
Katy Guest, New Project Editor at crowdfunding publisher Unbound (publishers of Nikesh Shukla’s The Good Immigrant)
Victoria Hughes-Williams, Project Manager at global book club, The Pigeonhole.
