Creative Flow – Ways to embrace the now: FREE workshop with Jocelyn de Kwant

Creative Flow – Ways to embrace the now Workshop with Jocelyn de Kwant
This workshop will not teach you how to draw! Learn how you can use creativity as a tool to be more mindful, how to enjoy the little things and how to feel good about yourself and your life. HOW you draw and how your drawing looks is not important at all.
Learn examples and tips & tricks on how you can use drawing and doodling to switch off your automatic pilot and create beautiful awareness with stories about the science behind creative flow, creativity and mindfulness. Together we’ll look at things we see everyday with a different mindset, and start playing with paint, paper, scissors, pencils and crayons. By the end of the workshop you’ll know how to revive your creative flow in just a few minutes each day.
Jocelyn de Kwant is the author of Creative Flow, a Year in my Mindful Life (Leaping Hare), an internationally published workbook. She is a journalist and editor specializing in mindfulness and simple living.
